Nilavanti is a serious book only meant for very serious practitioners of tantra. It is a book that contains mysterious that should not have been passed to us in Kaliyuga.
Nilavanti book was left on earth by two Apsaras. The story of that is not known to many and we will not publish it here.
The original book is also not on planet earth anymore. The Trikhandananda Babaji from Rishikesh took the original back with him to Gyanganj where the grand library of forbidden knowledge is maintained by rishis and guarded by guards of devaloka themselves.

Obtaining Nilavanti book.
Few pages of Nilvanti books were copied by Baba Shri Hareram nichale kothi vale from Benaras and was passed down to his children without the knowledge of what those pages were. Everything was written in a language long lost to time. Most of his children who touched those pages and tried to read them died or went mad.
However some people have tried asking for the book here and the comments mention that they got some of those mantras.
Other place is to go to the library of Guptasadhana Gyan in Kolkata. The Library is as much of an mystery as the book itself. Started by a disciple of Baba Shogunath maharaj of Assam, this library is in action for last 250+ years. It is said that Subhash Chandra Bose, Vivekananda, Tagore and Jagdishchandra Bose were all part of the library's very small inner circle.
Good luck finding this library as this library is much of a mystery in itself but there are people who have found the library. Two copper plates in this library has 4 symbols and 12 mantras of some kind. However it is not known what those mantras do as most people who saw them were too scared to read them.
